Single Vineyard wine. Handpicked and open fermented. Left on skins 26 days for post ferment maturation for soft extraction to enhance colour and tannins. Matured in new & older French oak for 18 months. A complex wine with silky fine grained tannins. Flavours of dark rich fruitcake with a hint of chocolate. Alc. 14.2%
