Single Vineyard wine. Handpicked and open fermented. Left on skins 26 days for post ferment maturation for soft extraction to enhance colour and tannins. Matured in new & older French oak for 18 months. A complex wine with silky fine grained tannins. Flavours of dark rich fruitcake with a hint of chocolate. Alc. 14.2%

Product Description:
Magnificent Vintage. Again all hand pruned and handpicked. Very little mechanization at Bendbrook. Whole bunch pressing and slightly south of dry, which will help improve this vintage for the next 15 years. Lime & lemon, some chalkiness & tight acid. Solid middle palate with good fruit intensity and tremendous mouth feel. Good to drink now or in many years to come. Alc. 12.2%

Chardonnay – Piccadilly 2013

Product Description:
The Piccadilly Valley is an area of the Adelaide Hills is noted for delicate but intense cool climate fruit. This valley produces some of the best chardonnays in the country.

Delicate hints of white peach, cashew and melon fruits with a touch of flint and funk from the natural fermentation. The palate is fine and balanced, with an elegant touch of oak complementing the primary fruit flavours and fine acid structure. Left on lees and hand-stirred 10 months in 2-3 year old French oak. A modern styled Chardonnay. Alc. 12.5%
