At the end of each vintage, we release some of our breeders into the vineyard to enjoy any missed fruit and naturally fertilise the vines. Perhaps that’s one of the reasons our own beef is so exceptionally tasty. When we do it, we call it Grape Fed Beef — where great wine and great meat truly meet.
